A1: Enhanced road safety laws can save more lives, says UN health agency

A2: http://www.un.org/apps/news/story.asp?NewsID=44366&Cr=road&Cr1=

A3: 14 March 2013 – Governments need to revise their driving laws and vehicle safety standards if the number of deaths from road traffic crashes is to be substantially reduced, the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) today reported, showing that more legislative muscle and better enforcement is needed to keep pedestrians, drivers and cyclists safe on the roads.

A4: I know that something about UN in affecting other countries. Although UN isn't an country, it also can't make others do the things they want, it still can make its own opinion to affect others. This can be let them stop a war, change their law or something else. So maybe in this way UN is great useful.

A5: Well, because of the time we didn't talk too much about that, here are some points I got. Some of my partners said about North Korea, and some of the thought that "UN decided to judge it this time, that good, it protect our safety". But some of them thought that "judge? Oh, what judge? Will it work? I don't think so!". In my opinion, although maybe it won't work, but at least there is someone says it try to protect world's peace and human rights.
