The obesity oandemic
“Honorable chair and esteemed fellow delegates good morning. The Obesity Pandemic is getting worse in most of the countries, especially in America. From 1980 to 2008, 6-11 year-olds rising obesity rates tripled, from 6.5% to 19.6%. It is clear that our lovely children are getting fatter, and it is bad for country development. More and more people are living in an unhealthy diet and obesity causes a lot of disease like high blood. The obesity pandemic can be the important reason that a country cannot develop so fast. Bolivia suggests that WHO can discuss the obesity pandemic with the UN more and hopes all the countries can have enough regular exercises to children and adults. Control the food businesses all around the world, especially fast food companies, is also necessary because the bad materials that used to make fast food are dangerous to human’s health. Bolivia thinks that every country should warn its people the dangerous of obesity pandemic. If all the countries still cannot understand the seriousness of the problem, the obesity pandemic will become worse.

Pollution&Development
Honorable Chair and fellow delegates,
Bolivia thinks that pollution is more important than development, and pollution is becoming a serious world problem. If a country has good environment, it can have more natural resources to help it develop and if a country in order to develop and manufacture too much pollution will cause natural disasters. This is not only detrimental to the country, but also detrimental to the world.
Of course, Bolivia can understand that some developing countries just like Bolivia are not powerful enough to stop developing and reduce pollution. They also want to develop and become stronger, so Bolivia suggests these countries to try their best to reduce pollution and use some new technology to make factories produce less pollution. The most effective way to make less pollution is taking public transport instead of driving cars. Then people can live in a more comfortable life. Bolivia thinks that countries can share different ways to make the environment better, and there will have closer relations between all the countries.
Bolivia sincerely hopes that more countries can concern about the environment and pollution.
