A3:On March 13th the UN post a news about the human right. It projected the minor and warned the people don't o that. The Mr. Méndez supervise the countries' law. The teenage and mental patients shouldn't be solitary confinement longer than 15 days. He also said he use some offical information and statistics to make people follow with interest about these things.
A4: I get some informatin from this article. Fist i understand the UN is an organization to tell the countries some important things to make themself better. Um...This article is about the human right and the officer gave some idea about this topic. In my opinion this organization is helpful to slove the problem. But because it doen't have enough power to change the bad things and there must e interest between each countries, so it's hard to say its appraisal.
